I heard of a new product Called Dr Pauls Piggy cream that is supposed to get rid of nail fungus I was thinking of trying it. Dr Paul got the idea from a Dr Oz show that recommended you soak you feet in a Vinegar solution to clear up nail fungus. What do you think of this?

Yes, Dr. Paul's Piggy Paste. I'll tell you how it works so well by reading the ingredient label. 1. He has Dimethyl Sulfoxide or DMSO this stuff was found in early 1900's about the 1930-1940's I believe. It is a clear liquid substance that was used as a solvent for wood. They found through studies that the skin absorbed this ingredient well up to 15%. (That is hard to get skin to absorb that much by one touch of product alone!) In lower doses it can pass other ingredients with it so it is big for the cosmetic and medical ointment/cream world. More studies show it will stabilize membrane and slow or stop leakage form injured cells. This will bring relief to infection and discomfort from infection. It is hard to penetrate the nail fungus when it has moved to the matrix part of you nail(at the cuticle part of your finger or toe). 2. He used vinegar or Acetic Acid to be the astringent to pass the DMSO further pass the lipid barer. You have to keep in mind Debra that the skin is here to repel danger from the outside world. That includes water. You may find both ingredients in many acne or inflammation skin products or scalp treatment products as well. From what I can tell Dr. Paul has a product I would keep on my shelf for all to purchase. Hope that helps!
